He holds a Master’s degree in User Experience and has led design and product strategy for leading healthcare organizations including Mayo Clinic, Nebraska Medicine, and Optum.
As the co-founder of FosterHealth Institute, Michael brings his expertise in UX design, research, and digital strategy to empower professionals and teams to create healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows. Josh is a UX strategist and designer with deep experience in healthcare, AI, and complex systems. At Epic, he led the design of AI-powered tools used across 80+ clinical applications, helping teams scale intelligent experiences in high-stakes care settings.
