Refunds, Drops, and Transfers
At FosterHealth Institute, we want you to feel confident in your enrollment. Below are our policies for refunds, drops, and transfers, depending on the course format you choose.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Available within 30 days of purchase if you’ve completed less than 20% of the course and haven’t received written feedback.
If you’ve received one written feedback, you may receive a 50% refund (or refund reduced by $50 if a fixed-fee model is adopted).
Once you’ve completed 20% or more of the program or received two or more written feedbacks.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
We offer two options for how refunds apply. Your enrollment terms will clarify which applies:
Full refund: If cancellation is requested 7+ days before the cohort begins. 50% refund: If cancellation is requested after the cutoff but before the first live session. No refund: Once the first live session has started.
Full refund: If cancellation occurs before the halfway point of the course. No refund: Once the course is past the halfway point.

Move to a future cohort at no cost if requested 48+ hours before the first live session.
Requests made within 48 hours of the first session incur a $25 change fee.
You may assign your seat to another learner if requested 48+ hours before the first live session.
If FHI postpones or cancels a course/session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer/credit. FHI’s liability is limited to fees paid for the affected portion.
We understand life happens. In the event of medical, family, or other emergencies, FHI may grant exceptions at its sole discretion, provided you submit documentation.
